The Nordic Smallworld community of key people from network operators, contractors, consultancy firms, partners and us gathered for a two day user conference in Oslo at the end of October 2025.

An eye-opening keynote about sustaining Ukraine's infrastructure kicked off the program; before we moved on to introduce and discuss important topics covering strategic product updates, securing data and platform, data quality, time-saving tools, easy access to data everywhere, logical inventory and business process automation.

The participants enjoyed the live demo showcase booths, presenting physical network inventory (PNI) with add-on modules, field web-client (Light6), user behaviour and performance analysis (Diagnostics), and logical/service inventory (CROSS).

‍

A LEGO prize was put up as an extra incentive to visit all the booths, and many took the opportunity be in the draw for the excavator model.

‍

The program also included social networking events, such as get-together for those who arrived the evening before the conference, sightseeing walk in the city surroundings and Opera House, the conference dinner and the continuing conversations in the cocktail bar. We thank everyone for attending and for the great feedback we received during and after the event.
