The Danish User Meeting took place in Vejle on May 6th and attracted 41 participants, representing 7 network operators and Smallworld Nordic.
The User Group (ERFA) was in charge of the program before lunch, covering topics such as unofficial addresses, internal cabling, rack mounted equipment and connectivity. Representatives from four network operators introduced the topics, see photo collage below, which were discussed in cross-company groups afterwards.
In the afternoon, it was time for Smallworld Nordic's updates. First, Kenneth Damholt presented the roll-out status for the new web client Light6 and then, Daniel Skov demonstrated useful add-on modules to the Smallworld application. Finally, Øyvind Berntsen gave an overview of Smallworld Nordic's priorities and activities.
As always, people were engaged and willing to share experiences and knowledge in the common strive for operational excellence. We wish to thank all participants for contributing to the great atmosphere at the event, making everyone feel inspired and valuable.
